CONGRATULATIONS GENERAL C.G. MUSA, NEW CHIEF OF DEFENCE STAFF, OF NIGERIA.
I wish to heartily congratulate General C.G. Musa, on his appointment as the Chief of Defence Staff, of the Federal republic of Nigeria, by President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He is a dear General of great repute, and one, I am very proud of.
His appointment is surely a product of his brilliance, wisdom, hard work, highest military training, attributes, discipline, etc.
The Nigerian Armed Forces are surely going to enjoy great leadership, during his tenure in office, as the highest, and number one officer, of the Armed Forces. His performance as the immediate past Theatre Commander of operation Hadin Kai, which is responsible for fighting the Boko Haram insurgents, in the north east region of Nigeria, was an excellent one.
Happiness is an understatement, and Joy is not enough, to express my level of excitement, because of the glad news of his appointment.
I often call him My General, during our correspondences. He is my fellow, and senior alumni of Federal government college, Sokoto, and a special friend of mine.
From our first meeting in 2018, during one of our alumni meetings, I liked him, because of my own military background. And I have been impressed by him, ever since.
May I also use this opportunity and medium to congratulate, the other newly appointed Military Service Chiefs, namely;
General Taoreed Lagbaja, Chief of Army Staff.
Rear Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla, Chief of Naval Staff.
Air Vice Marshall Hassan Abubakar, Chief of AirStaff.
Not forgetting, Kayode Egbetokun, the newly appointed acting Inspector General of Police.
Congratulations to his wife, and children, and those of the other newly appointed Service Chiefs and Inspector General of Police, and their loved ones.
May God bless General C.G. Musa, and all the Service Chiefs, and Inspector General of Police.
May God bless Defence Headquarters.
May God bless Army, Navy, and AirForce Headquarters.
May God bless the Nigerian Armed Forces under his rule.
May God bless Nigeria.
Signed,
C.I.O.W.
Chibuzor Igwe Ojeje William.
