MOVE THREE (3), OF THE APC PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARIES, FOR THE 2023 ELECTIONS,

PREAMBLE .

When duty calls, one has to answer. The owner, must be responsible for the choice of who, or what organizations controls his estate, government, etc. Some times, some are called, but they don't heed the call.
Since 2007, I have been the major person, responsible for the making of all presidents of Nigeria.

This is due to the power of ownership, authority of the unofficial Commander In Chief, of the Armed Forces, unofficial President, unofficial Head of I.N.E.C., etc, and powers, higher than what is obtainable in Nigeria. These are known, only to a very minute set of Nigerians.
During the build up to the 2023 presidential elections, it was duty calling, and it was a call I had to honor, and carry out. With the relevant national, and international forces, governments, and organizations, that are part of my global system.

For the 2023 presidential election, my plan was simply to have a presidential transition, within the All Progressives Congress (APC), from the northern president Muhammadu Buhari, to the south. Preferably, an APC Christian candidate, from the south east, or niger delta. Based on this I chose, and wrote two letters to Senator Rochas Okorocha, a presidential candidate of APC, from Imo state, of the south east, offering my support to him, and requesting that we meet to discuss, and have terms. Like other previous ones, I also wrote to the president of the United States of America, to notify him. So that he could do his own bit. Because I have such authority. Also, in 2021, I wrote, and personally delivered a letter to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, at his 26, Bourdilon residence, Ikoyi, Lagos. Informing him about my plan, requesting his support for an APC southern presidential candidate, for the 2023 election. Because he is also from the south, even though he was a Muslim.

I waited patiently for the response, from the south east politician, whom I had written to. But got none. And no other one from the chosen region approached me. Then, on the Saturday 3rd, of June, before the presidential primaries, which was to commence on the 5th, I read on various social media channels, and online news media, that the national chairman of the APC, had announced that the presidential primaries, was going to produce a northern concensus candidate, in the person of Senator Ahmad Lawan, the president of the senate at the time.

The above news, was a shock to me. Because, it was against my plan, which I had also communicated to the office of the national chairman of the party, and the president of Nigeria, via letters. This news was a blight, to my planned southern APC presidency. And I was also behind the 2015 victory of president Muhammadu Buhari.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the contacts of the national chairman, to find out if the news was true or not, and it was a weekend. Moreover, since the south easterner, I wrote to didn't respond to my letters, and I didn't have his contacts, therefore, was nothing I could do about it, and I considered it a disregard, and discontempt. But more worrisome, was the northern consensus candidate planned for the primaries, and I had just two to three days, to react. At this point, I had to forget the American president, and do it my own way from Nigeria, to change the northern consensus candidate, and make it a southern APC candidate.

MORNING OF THE APC PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARIES, TUESDAY, 6TH OF JUNE 2022.

On such days, my first move is always to read my Bible. Move 2: is to say my prayers. Then move 3: is what I do when I come out of my house. This is usually the most important. The other moves, are for further clarity, and reinforced moves.

Move 3:
I came out of my residence at the time, number 10, Wamako close, off Tugo Road/NEPA road, off Gado Nasko way, Kubwa, phase 4, Abuja. When I came outside the gate, I called a BIKE, used for public transport, and went to NNPC bus stop, along the Kubwa express road.

Move 4:
From NNPC bus stop, I boarded a taxi, going to banex, and I disembarked at banex bus stop, along the Minister's hill, to Berger express road. From the bus stop, I walked to a fuel filling station called Austoma, along Ahmadu Bello way, wuse 2, to ease myself.

Move 5:
I hired a taxi, to the national headquarters of APC, at Blantyre street, wuse 2, Abuja. Upon my arrival, the premises was deserted, lacking it's usual crowd of party members. It was like a place in abeyance. Moreover, the gate was closed, and a tall police officer, was standing by the gate. When I got there, we greeted each other, and I proceeded straight to my purpose of stopping by. I introduced myself to him, as the unofficial Commander In Chief, of the Nigerian Armed Forces, and the 2015 APC coup plotter. I showed him the letters, I had written to the then president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, all the previous set of Military Service Chiefs, namely; General Gabriel Olonisakin, Chief of Defence Staff, General Tukur Buratai, Chief of Army Staff, Vice Admiral Ette Ibok Ibas, Chief of Naval Staff, and Air Marshall Sadiq Abubakar, Chief of Air Staff, and one to former Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, wherein I stated, that I was the unofficial Commander In Chief, of Nigeria, and the APC coup plotter, and major reason behind the 2015 victory of the party. I further went on to tell him, what I read about the planned northern consensus candidate, planned for the presidential primaries, and told him that I came to the party headquarters, to state my opposition to the northern consensus candidate, based on my authority. I touched his police uniform, and told him, if it succeeds, it would be a disgrace to the uniform, and the force. He let me into the APC premises, and I talked to the few party members present, and I left afterwards. I believe that they have CCTV cameras, at the APC gate and premises. They can be consulted for evidence.

MOVE 6:
I walked to the nearby Ecwa bus stop, wuse 2, and boarded a taxi, and disembarked at Nitel bus stop, in wuse 2, Abuja. Because the road had been blocked from that point, to the eagle square, venue of the primaries, by security officers.

MOVE 7:
I hired a taxi, to take me to the other side of Ahmadu Bello way, that is close to the eagle square venue of the primaries. The taxi had written on the top of its wind shield, 'OLA INU KAN', which is Yoruba language.
He drove and got to Ralph Shodeinde street junction, along Ahmadu Bello way, where we have the federal ministry of finance, and Rivers state house, on both sides of the street. This was the closest we could get, because of the road block mounted by security officers. So I disembarked from the taxi. Remember that the first candidate of the primaries was, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a Yoruba man from Lagos state, and the second was Rotimi Amaechi, from Rivers state.

MOVE 8:
From that junction, I started walking down to the eagle square, to speak with the security men on duty for the primaries. As I got to the bridge, along Ahmadu Bello way, where we have the ministry of foreign affairs to the right, and the roads, and bridges, behind the ministry of foreign affairs, which leads to, and from, the supreme court, and Aso Rock Presidential Villa, I started hearing loud sirens, blaring from military, or police escort BIKES, at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, and supreme court junction, along Shehu Shagari way, Abuja. Upon hearing the loud sirens, and seeing the escort BIKES, I acknowledged them, by raising up my right hand/arm. And it is known that, on my right arm, lies the authority of the presidential villa, and the Armed Forces. If they have CCTV cameras, along that axis of the road, they can be consulted for evidence.

MOVE 9:
When I finally got to the eagle square, I met some of the police men on duty, and they introduced me to their most senior one. I talked with him, repeating the same messages, I had delivered to the one at the APC party headquarters.

After these, I went back home, to await the outcome. After the successful changing of the planned northern consensus candidate, which I read, and had little or no time to react. I tried talking the southern APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, into stepping aside for a southern APC Christian candidate, e.g, Rotimi Amaechi, from Rivers state, who came second, or any other one, for a son of his, to be a future president. However, he chose to go on with the southern ticket, even though, it was a Muslim one. I accepted this outcome, and his position, because it was a southern APC candidate, and not a northerner.

Those I chose, unfortunately decided to ignore, and disregard me. Just like it written, many are called, but few are chosen. I think the disregard was seen over a hundred years ago, and this outcome provided. I hope it never happens again.

From all these, over the years, I have finished my own underground works, to become president of Nigeria, if I want to be. However, I have other plans.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and his first Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, Vice President, Kashim Shettima, and his wife, and the entire executive arm of the Ahmed Tinubu administration, the legislative arm of the government, all appointees, and all members of APC, see what I have done for your political careers, and successes. It will be reasonable, if my gestures are reciprocated, by doing the needful. Remember that, I used my own time, and resources.

I left Abuja since March 2024, I only just returned some days ago. If I can do it for your own benefits, you all, should also do the needful, for my benefit. Don't just sit down, and wait for me, be proactive, and reach out to me, because I deserve a lot from this government. And I believe the long awaited time, has come. Let the international, and Nigerian arms of my governments and organizations, start getting ready, my own part of everything.

Signed,
C.I.O.W.
Chibuzor Igwe Ojeje William.
