King Otto 1 the great, of Germany, the Holy Roman Emperor, was the founder, father, and first King of Germany.

He was born in 912 AD.
He founded and ruled Germany from 936, until his death in 973 AD.

He remains the first, and everlasting unofficial  King, and Commander In Chief of Germany.

The above stated fact, can be traced to the creation of Germany, by King Otto 1 the great of Germany. If we can remember, King Otto 1 the great, and his son Otto II (two), were both crowned as joint Emperors of Rome, and they both ruled as joint Emperors.

One nation, one Germany, and one Rome, with two Joint Emperors. Today, we still have a similar scenario with the German Armed forces and government.

One Germany, with the title of Commander In Chief, vested on two government officials, depending on the time. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever, shall be a government without end, of King Otto 1 the great, of Germany, the Holy Roman Emperor, and His son Emperor Otto II.

I was King Otto 1 the great, of Germany, the Holy Roman Emperor. (Matthew 11: 14 -15).

May God bless, the two custodians of the German Commander In Chief, the Chancellor, and the Minister of Defense.

May God bless, all the Inspector Generals of the Armed forces, and all their service personnel.

May God bless, all the Heads of the German military chaplains, and all chaplains.

May God bless all citizens of Germany.

May God forever bless His Royal Majesty, King Otto 1 the great, the Holy Roman Emperor, and his successor on the throne of Germany, his son, Emperor Otto II.

Signed,
C.I.O.W.
